Your item is covered from hardware malfunction or failure for 30 days after the date of purchase. We stand by our 30-day guarantee that the product(s) you purchase from Fresh Tech Direct will be free of defects under normal use during the functional waranty period.
If you experience functional problems with your hardware during the warranty period please contact us with a description of the issue. We will first attempt to resolve the problem. In many cases, a simple solution can be found. Batteries are considered a wearable part and not covered under warranty except DOA (Dead on Arrival)
Orders will be shipped and updated with tracking information within (1) business day of recieving payment. If an order has been paid for on Thursdays after 2:30pm, we will not be able to ship it until Monday. Unless Monday falls on a Federal Holiday. Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Ground.
Depending on the location of the orders destination, please allow 2 - 5 business days after your item has been marked 'shipped for delivery.'
Office Hours are as follows: Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 4:30pm. We are closed on all Federal Holidays. When messaging Fresh Tech Direct, please take into consideration the office hours, as there will be a delay in our response after 4:30pm on Thursday due to the store being closed.
